As summer winds down, the fresh produce that can be found at farmers' markets and local grocery stores is still coming on strong! Today, I am sharing a few of my favorite warm-weather salads from Laura Theodore’s Vegan-Ease, Jazzy Vegetarian Classics and Jazzy Vegetarian, along with “plant-full” recipes by the fabulous Sharon Palmer, RDN, The Plant-Powered Dietitian!
